Sevilla, also known as Seville, is a part of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, covering an area of 14000 sq. km. housing around 1.8 million inhabitants, whereof 700.000 lives in the capitol by the same name. Sevilla is also the capitol for the whole of Andalusia.

The International Airport of Sevilla, San Pablo Airport, located 10 minutes from the capitol, the second largest in Andalusia, Malaga being the biggest. Serves approx. 4.6 million passengers annually and has daily flights to destinations all over Europe.

Parque Nacional de Doñana is a natural park that is shared with the Huelva Province.
